Apple Pie Protein Shake

The New Year is here and here comes hearing about everyone's resolutions. One resolution that I hear often or bring up with clients is adding in a balanced breakfast to the day. Breakfast can be hard for people because they either do not have time to make breakfast or do not have enough time to sit down to it. One easy way to get in nutrition is making a protein shake! Super fast and easy. It is my go-to meal for the weekends when I just rather wait to have lunch as my first "sit down" meal. I was inspired by the seasonal apples this week and created an Apple Pie Protein Shake for you all! I hope you love it. It also might help you ease out of the holidays desserts and into healthy eating again.
