A balanced plate to me is one that contains all the main macronutrients: protein, carbohydrate and fat. Each play a pivotal role in the body from building muscle, providing energy or protecting our cells. Throughout my career, teaching clients about this method of eating have been a huge role in what I do hence the name. I have a passion not only for nutrition but other aspects of health: exercise, recovery, sleep and stress management.
